Many people are loosing their PIP's payment due to over zealous action by the government. I'm effected badly by this action, how many others have been hit.

I too have lost mine. They've taken my benefits, they can have my disability with pleasure but they simply don't care. Meanwhile my wife has had to by a car to allow me a little freedom. But it's not the ideal car, I'm not able to drive it. It's all we can afford...

Hi Peter, if I  may ask, what is the reason for the DWP taken your PIP?

Can't they not see your condition, have you got any report from your Health care professional in re-applying or appealing ?

Because I have Dementia my wife sealt with it on my behalf, but there was very little information from DWP. Once my Dimentia was brough up with the DWP I think witin a few days it was reinstated. My Doctor and Dementia specialist couldn't beleive it. A few days after apealing I had a phone call to say all was reinstated and appologies from DWP.

I lost mine too and it was swifty taken away from me. As soon as i explained that as well as my physical disablities I now have Alzheimers the benefit was soon reistated. However, I had to send my motability car back with immediate effect. I had to by a second hand car in order to get around. If I choose to get another Motability car I will have the issue of selling the car I bought. I just hope I won't loose out on the sale
