Muscle aches in both calf muscles. Is this anxiety?

I have been dealing with anxiety for the last 4 months but woke up the other morning and both my calf muscles were sore lime I had run a marathon but of course I hadn't. I did feel anxious or anything but they say you can get the symptoms without having it and was wondering if this is anxiety symptoms at its best. Does anyone else deal with this

Hey! Are your calf muscles warm to the touch and/or swollen and red? I don't want to scare you but you have to be careful with calf pain. You want to make sure that it's not a DVT. A DVT means deep vein thrombosis, it's a blood clot that form in the leg.

Just some muscle aches in your legs. Probably from poor movement or your body tensing up too much. Try some advil and give it a few days. Sometimes when you are asleep and stressed you tense muscles or sleep with legs twisted or pretzeled and it can make calves sore.

Thank you for the input. I'm only 30 yr old and weigh about 180 lbs so I've always been in good health.

Hi, Kevin...Just a suggestion, sweetie...have your potassium checked.  If you are low on it, it could possibly be causing your leg cramps...hope this helps...hugs.
