Hello everyone,

I've got a lot of fog about my condition. After a referral to a back pain specialist, I've still not even had a call in a week and a half.

when my family doctor sow my MRI report, he told me there is no big issues in the report, and i dont need to worry about any thing . I just need to keep doing the physiotherapie and my back gonna be better so soon.

this good news made me feel so good and so happy !

but when i told my doctor that i do a lot of physical work and a lot of lifting at the company i am working with, and i want to know if i can go back to my job and keep doing the same work without risk as soon as my back get better, he couldnt say to me any thing and he couldnt tell me if i can or i cant ! he said to me: ``it is up to you ! ``

but, me i cant tell better than the doctor !

so i started feeling little confused and worry again ! when my family doctor noticed that he, decided to send me to a back specialist and he said the back spesialit gonna tell me everything,

this is all my story so far , now i still waiting to receive a call from the back specialist !

this is my MRI report and if any one can expline it to me, or give me any information, i will be so thankful !,

Looks to me as though you might have herniated your disc I dont understand all these L5 S1 medical terms, all I know that it looks similar to my Sons results, he herniated his disc lifting some speakers it put him out of work for over a year he also had slight wear and tear on the joints, in the end he had to go for a job that didnt involve lifting, it might be an idea for you to look for a job that doesnt involve lifting maybe this isnt helping your spine, if you take a driving job, just make sure you dont have to lift anything, its easy to get well and lift again and do the same all over again, looks also you might have some wear and tear although could be minimal, as for that pain clinic, keep ringing them dont give up, tell them its urgent the pain has been keeping you awake and you need some management with it.  I also have disc problems 2 of them have dissapeared along with atheritus and am in constant pain, I have wear and tear on the rest of my back but that is quite different from yours, you are by the sounds of it quite young and need to look after yourself, Good luck
