i have been having progressive symptoms over the last 2 years. if anyone has any insite to what could be the cause i would greatly appreciate their opinion.

24 months- bouts of constipations at my hipatic flexure(right side)

18 months- chronic pain in both wrists and hand, with fatigue in palms, primarily in muscles by thumb.

18 months- popping hip joint, most likely tight tendon or muscle in hip. Also popping in my jaw right side only.

12 months- muscle twitching all over body, primarily in feet, legs arms and shoulder blade area. comes and goes and movers around my body quickly.

6 months- muscles spasms in right hamstring and calf, muscles became tight, regardless of stretching they are still tight.

6 months- tingling, mild numbness, inching(arms). mainly in my feet, hands and arms and is not specific to one side of my body. recently ive been getting a shock wave sensation through my arms.

i have high blood pressure, typically ranging from 130/90 to 160/110. i currently am not taking any prescription medication for this due to side effects. i  have recently started taking grape seed extract, dandelion root and taurine to possible aid to reducing my BP.

I also take magnesium to reduce the muscle twitching and to aid with the HFS.

My primary care doctor doesn’t seem to think it’s anything, and do to me being on a HMO he is the gate keeper to all other doctors

Appeal his decision. Don't give up. Also look into the National MS society helping you find a way to see a neurologists and be taken seriously. If not got to an ER with your symptoms. That's what I did to find out I had colorectal cancer..

Hello Chris, I until recently thought(also, according to my doctor) I had Menieres disease and had been having symptoms similar to that but recently seen a neurologist who sugested I have a Spinal tap procedure as I had some dark patches on my brain scan that he wanted to investigate, My doctor thinks I could have MS(he only told me that because I have an open mind and believe that I got my symptoms at work and was thinking about making a claim against them).

my symptoms get more complicated by the day, I have the spinal tap next week 1st Sept.I got a book on MS from the library and just as I suspected my symptoms are very allmost uncannily like those of MS sufferers at the beggining(ive been suffering since about June last year, It started with a condition called Plueacy(bad chest infection) then there was a facial palsy which I thought was a stroke, my left side of my face was numb for about two months, then I had menieres disease and tinnitus in my left ear which Ive had now for six months non stop, now the other things have started happening, numbness in my left arm and leg, spasms in my left leg, I have an unsteady gait(dizzyness and un coordination when standing and walking) my eyes get really sore if I dont rest them regular have double vison and need to rest  when out and about, I need help with filling out paperwork and doing things that used to be so simple for me to do in the past, my whol world is falling apart around me, I do however have a good doctor who understands what im going through and a neurologist and a shrink as Im experiencing high levels of depression.

what you need to do my freind is get your primary care doctor to get you in for a MRI scan or spinal tap to check your spinal fluid as it definately sounds like there is something going on that you need specialist help with if anything just to be sure, if its nothing thats great but there is so many issues that you need to be aware of, things that non medical people dont know about and some medical people dont want us to know too much about, find out everything you can about your condition and make sure you get all the help you need.

I hope it all works out for you.
