Yes David know that feling all too well. AsI have replied further down the page. It could be IBS of the h.pylori bacteria as they both apparently have the same symptoms. Do you get cramps in the legs and have bowel problem with it? All same symptoms. As I say in my further response try a goodd gastroenterologist that specialises in this

Oh yes Wanda, i have these problem now and have for awhile. Some cramps are really bad. I am getting over a Lumbar Synovial operation which took to long and caused nerve damage. I have polyneruropathy. Will it ever end? I see a Dr. now and I am trying to get him to do admitidly a risky Heital Hernia operation.

David, actually I got up to let my little doggies out to pee pee, but I do suffer at times from lack of sleep....I'm like you...I very rarely feel hungry, but when I start to eat I realized that I was hungry, but at the same time...can't eat more than about two bites...Unfortunately, I haven't lost any weight, but I think it is because of my age and other factors....hugs.

Carole, Try what I have suggested but i have been doing some more research on the computer and some of the symptoms are the same as those that relate to Small bowel oveegrowth. Drs wont recognise this exists but the Gastroenterologist that I am going to has said that he has ruled out the fact that I am not lactose intolerant, not ceoliac, will clear up thisH.pylori bug that I still have and then we will go from there. Apparently intestinal candida can also cause all this pain so that will be the next thing on my list to have checked. I do have a small sliding hiatal hernia but have been told that that isnot what is causing my problem. Irritable bowel but all that means that something is interfering with the digestive system and bowel function. Some get gastric and constipation. Some just the gastric and some constipation. I have the constipation type. Lying down to sleep is one big problem, have 3 puillows and mostly take a hot pack to bed until I fall asleep and thT SOMETIMES TAKES SO LONG i END UP GETTING UP AND WALKING AROUNDFOR HOURS

I take a nexium when I first get up, and all through the day if I feel that uncomfortable feeling in my stomach, I just an antacid and lie on my left side until it goes away...The pain is hard to describe, but I often think I should be checked for gall stones...I also have IBS, which is in the form of constipation...not fun at all...

I was wondering;can a person take too many antiacids without finding the sourcquestione?

Oh bowels an underdiscussed problem, It's just not sexy.  I suffered with adhesions problems for nearly 35 years, then my bowel perforated, laprotomy to save my life resulting in incisional hernia, abdominoplasty and hernia repair one year ago.  Am I still experiencing problems you bet I am.  What to do, who knows, possibly the wise owl of the woods.  Twit twoo, if our condition were cancer or heart disease the media would be all over it like a rash.  Just venting my spleen, which given my condition is probably very bad for me and please go away all these website tell me how to improve my health.  Rant over, just get it of your chest every now and then

Thanks for venting. I vented too because I can identify so much.

I need a hietal hernis operation for sliding hernia but the concenses is  that I could not survive the surgery because of a birth defect operation to repair a malrotated or upside down stomach.

I just had a lumbar surgery to remove a Synovial Cyst. I still have nerve damage because they waited so long before operating. Because of diabetis it could take a long time for nerves to heal.

      Thanks
