Hi. I've suffered slightly with tinnitus and meneires for years. But I've just been on Prozac and come off it and I'm suffering terribly. I get a head rush when I get up to walk. When lying quiet my ears are so noisy. Like rushing noises with on and off high pitches ringing. It is relentless. I don't know whether the Prozac made it worse. Any ideas please. I'm also starting to go through menopause too. I'm 55.

I only get occasional bad dizzy spells. I take cyclazine when it's bad. I had a small cholsetatoma taken from my ear a few years ago. I just feel woozy and light headed as opposed to dizzy.
