Ongoing testicular pain

Hi,

I have had pain in my left testicle for a little over a year now. It started off as a sharp stabbing pain whenever I put my chin toward my chest. Since then (this pain has now gone from moving my neck) it has developed into a dull ache throughout the day, with sharp pains every so often. My inner left thigh also has a dull ache at times.

I have seen my GP and they ruled out any STI's, but referred me to get an ultrasound. This came back clear.

I was put on a course of Naproxen for 2 weeks. This didn't help the pain.

I haven't been to see a GP since as they exhausted all of their options, but the pain persists.

Any other ideas of what it could be? I can't feel any lumps and it's not tender to touch in any area, but it does look a little swollen compared to the right side.

Get your lower back checked could be nerve related you won't always have back pain if a nerve is compressed but it can cause pain elsewhere.
