Possible autoimmune disease?

I'm 30 yr male, For the past yeah I've had joint pain in multiple joints, specificaly the legs and one finger A long with some other symtpoms, fatigue, little rash on cheeks, though I don't know if that's connected. Finally went to the doctor for blood test. My ana test was positve with a titer of 1:80, dual pattern homogeneous and few nuclear dots. Low testerone, albumin/globulin ratio 2.9, low GLOBULIN 2.9 and mch was a little high. I also have plantar fibromatosis on each foot, But it's pretty much just knee pain all the time and no energy. I have a rhuematologist appoinment coming up. I'm not familiar with autoimmune disorders, but could this be a possiblity from any of you've that are experienced with this.

No nothing like that. The only skin problems I've had were on my face, A slight blush on cheeks that's itchy. I have sensitve skin, so that could be anything.

No, I just show the doctors and they look at them, that's it. I'v known what they were before I went to the doctor. usually when i'm going for something else, They look at and just go oh.

I've just thought I could have lupus or rheumatoid arthritis based of my sysmpotms, or whatver other disease cause arthristic pain and fatigue.

With that profile the symptoms and blood work ....yes auto immune. Positive ana it does make Lupus very likely. The red rash on your face sounds like butterfly rash. Your rheumatologist should be able to diagnose what is going on. Hooe he/she is good. I saw one for Behcet's and he wasn't the best. I have ended up seeing a specialist in vasculitis which was a good move. Hooe you get amswers quickly.
