I am 25yo/female and lately (for about last 8 month) I have been experiencing some serious problems with concentration. For the 24 years of my life i have always been very motivated, energetic and I had great memory. Like, I could remember many details of something completely not important which happened happen 5 years ago, while others could not recall anything of the same story. Or, for example, I still remember telephone numbers of my classmates from elementary school, to whom I lost contact very long time ago. I never had any concentration problems neither at school nor at the university nor in the first year of office job. But now, for slightly longer than half a year I have difficulties remembering such short-term things as yesterday's conversations, it became normal for me paying my bills twice just because I forget that I already paid them. I could even pass the traffic light in the car wondering if it was still green, so I'm really concentrated while driving now, but still those kind of "mini black outs" keep happening. Also, i feel very tired throughout the day, I get enough sleep, about 7 or even 8 hours every night. I don't have a depression or a big amount of stress. I am slowly becoming concerned with these problems, especially because I feel like I am too young for it

Have you recently given birth by any chance?
If you are certain you are not somehow preoccupied or stressed, I think it would be good to visit your GP to run some blood tests for basic deficiencies and take it from there. What is your diet like?
For you toconsider, I am assuming you are not taking any medication, supplements or recreational drugs. Or any alcohol.
Do you have any idea when exactly this started - were you ill or had any major life-vent around the time when you started noticing these symptoms?
