I am 56 years old suffering from discomfort in left lower abdomen and dectected prostatic cysts of size 1.1cm x 1.7cm nearly 1 year ago. Urologist prescribe no medicine. But yet there is discomfort and stress on my left lower abdomen. Could anybody suggest how can I recover from this.
