Sex and propranolol

I'm a 22 yr old male and take propranolol (10mg) once a day. I've been taking it for about a month now and the medicine has made it so I don't feel my heartbeat anymore (I used to have a very strong beat and would feel palpitations constantly)

I have noticed that the medicine has brought my resting heat rate down to 40-50s, I was wondering if it's safe to have sex while taking the propranolol, I have it on my mind that it'll damage my heart because the medicine prevents your heart rate from getting to high, but when you orgrasm you get that surge of adrenaline, And I don't want to damage my heart.

    Safest to check with your GP, Kris, but I believe the effects of a 10mg propranolol tablet will wear off after 4 hours so, after that, your heart rate will not be affected by the medication. You should be just fine!

    I'm taking 80mg everyday for 5 years I've never had problem a problem with sex but I have had other problems like weak legs.
