sick note help

If my sick note says start date 1st. End date 9th. Does that mean I return to work on 9th or including 9th

    I believe it means you are "released" for the 9th.  If you have symptoms that continue on the 7th or 8th...I would go back for another note.

    The 9th is included, you return to work date will be the 10th xx
