I started orlistat 4 days ago and I know this may sound strange but waited for the obvious side effect of spending a lot of time on the lol and it hasn't happened! Is this normal or is something not working, does anyone know?

So far no stomach upset or episodes on the toilet although I am going more frequently than before.

Oh it will come don't worry! Takes a while to work but when it does you'll know about it if you don't eat right. Just be careful xx
