Skin Disease - Local Doctors Not Able to Identify - Please Help

Hello,

My niece got this skin disease from last 4 months and it's not recovering at all.

Local doctors tried to cure it with medicines but it just doesn't go away.

For few days it goes away and returns back after it.

I have attached pictures for reference.

Please, If you know what this disease called, then please reply here with details.

    It looks very much like eczema,especially as you say it itches and also because it is on the backs of her knees/legs. It could be a reaction to something she has been in contact with or it could be something she is eating on a daily basis. How old is your niece? Does she have asthma as the two problems often go together.
