Sore stomach pains

I have had stomach pain for 2days now never happend Berfore n it's just making me want to sleep loads does anyone have any help plz

    Wait a week to see if the pai goes away.  If not, see your doctor.  Have you eaten anything unusual in the past few days?

      Thank you for taking the time out to answear me n am no sure to be honest a might off a just can't rember

      I started with stomach pain last March, nausea and constipation. After two weeks I went to the doctor.  The pain and other symptoms carried on for three months. Initially, I had no answers after tests.  Eventually, I got diagnosed with IBS.
