Started to notice changes with my penis.

Hello. 

So a few days ago I started to notice some changes with my penis. First of all there are red areas on the head and at one point there was even a bit of blood(it looked like a very small paper cut but it is gone now). Also there is some itching at the head and the foreskin. It feels a bit different when I pull it back. It doesn't really hurt and it isn't uncomfortable it's just different. 

Lastly, when I pull the foreskin back there is a lot of smagma. It comes back quicker than it used to and it is liquid and there is a lot of it. 

I'm 18 and not sexually active.

    Sounds like balanitis. I'll post more later, but with those symptoms, I think1 you should see a doctor.

      If you've been getting lots of smegma and some blood, you need to see a doctor though.

      You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
