Had my 6 week check today and all great. I can drive again, I am already back in the pool but forgot to ask when I can cycle again..
I had bilateral THR.
Anyone got any advice?

No advice here - it sounds as if you are already on the right path. Oh actually - one piece of advice keep up with your exercises for the adductor and glutes. My surgeon says they are the key even if you only do one set a day.
Best wishes and congrats. Isn't it amazing how good it feels to pass this milestone succesfully and get to drive again?! Woohoo!

I had bilateral and am 12 weeks. At 6 I started gentle cycling - flat canal tow path - and at 10 ( 2 weeks naughty) played 9 holes golf but only half swinging.. I would go for it but only gentle on flat. No Lycra style!!! CM
