Starting to think I poss may have carpel tunnel, help?

Hi, could really so with some advice please.

past few wks I have had pins and needles feeling in my left hand.. It felt quite strange, as though my hand didn't belong to me... Often feels numb and I want to keep clenching my hand... My arm also feels a dull ache, it has been waking me up throughout the night with this feeling aswell...

    Which fingers?

    Carpal tunnel is thumb, index, middle and half of ring finger.

    There are different origins. Could be wrist or neck.

    I would have it checked out. There are simple tests

    Also, get a wrist splint to wear for at least sleeping at night. Drugstores have them

    also a test specificaly for cts  electrical impulse which will give you a comfirmation as to cts or something else
