Did this noise start after the cleaning?

Clearly this is a result of the cleaning.  I have seen this issue before.  You need to get a second opinion about this from another ENT, as your current doctor appears not to admit to anything.  The second ENT should see if the eardrum has been damaged by the cleaning process.

      Okay . Thank you

I have visited a homeopathic Dr . He perscribed me some tablets. And suggested me to completely avoid sour eatables, strictly forbidden about cotton bud usage and use of any oil or ear drops.

I have visited another ENT specialist. I was feeling pain near the ear with noise in ear as well. Now ear noise is ear as compared to earlier. But he referred me towards Dentist, who diagnosed me TMJ dysfunction syndrome. He suggeted me to do exercise, gargles, massage and hot packs. As such there are no significant results. Can you please suggest me something else?

If i have understood correctly the pain has completely gone.  The exhaustion should go away with time.

Yes, you are right sir. I feel no pain from last 5days. Before that i was feeling pain even taking eatables.

What about ear noise. Noise is little bit low as compared to earlier, and ear pain has completely gone.

If the tinnitus was due to the TMJ, then this should go away too eventualy.
