Taking too long to ejaculate

I'm uncircumcised, and I actually have tight foreskin which can't be easily retracted past the head. I take take too long a lot of the time to finish, and we end up just getting tired and not able to finish. How can I finish quicker?thanks

    I'd definitely look at getting the phimosis fixed.  Options include steroid creams, stretching, or as a last resort, surgery - preputioplasty or circumcision.

    I would just add to the other suggestions that you should make sure your problem is due to being uncircumcised. Medcations (in paritcular antidepressants) can cause delayed orgasm. In addition some men have trouble orgasmsing during intercourse or oral sex so perhaps a change in position or technique might help. Does it take too long to finish when you masterbate?
