Yes!!!! I have exactly the same. I've been to the chiropractor this morning.

7 doctors failed to spot what she saw in a minute. My spine is not stable enough, the top of it roast ages very slightly, and all the muscles tense up and lock. It causes the worst headache I've ever known and I'm 61 and had migraines since I was a teenager.

painkillers won't touch it. Try an ice pack, covered with a tea towel or pillowcase on you neck. Move it around every 10 minutes and don't get an ice burn on your skin.

If you can move your head side to side as if saying no-- slowly.

Then "yes" , slowly. If the pain in your neck goes with the ice packs I'd say it's a neck problem and worth seeing a good chiropractor.

This sounds familiar as I went to a chiro and he said I had something out of place and " fixed " it, but my back tightens up sometimes and it almost feels like i cant breathe or something its strange, but.i didn't think they were related
