THOUGHT FOR TODAY

Posted , 7 users are following.

I know this is not about PMR, but when i saw it i thought to myself yes this is how i should be thinking.

Instead of giving myself reasons why i can't, i give myself reasons why i can.

See if i can keep it, hope you all have a pain free day. Magsbiggrin

Thanks for this Margaret, perhaps if we are all positive about this we will all start to have more good days than bad ones. Have a good positive weekend., Dave

Hi Margaret - I agree!  Sometimes the only way to stay reasonably sane is to try and think positively.  When I am having a really bad day I try and think of all things I can do rather than all the things I can't.  As in I can sew, knit, watch tv - I have a few friends who are now nearly blind (because of other conditions) and I see how small their world can be.  Hope you have a good day!  : )

Great positive outlook.  Another one for all of us "If you're going to have an attitude, pick a good one".

It IS about PMR too - you have to look for what you CAN still do, or do differently. Life doesn't end because of PMR - it just changes and sometimes the changes can be for the better.
