I was looking online at the connection between food allergies and LS and came across an interesting read in the Alternative and Complimentary Medicine Forum regarding Lichen Sclerosus, posted over a year ago.  It is such a long thread, but so worth reading! full of excellent information regarding Lichen Sclerosus, Thyroid problems, Candida, Allergies, Diet and so much more.  

The heading is called "Lichen Sclerosus cured, but it took work" posted by "Fixed Up"

So thanks to 'Fixed Up'  for posting as it is very informative.
