What does your inflammation feel like?

Mine feels like pressure, achyness. My cartilage is quite swollen (to about 1.5x the normal one). It also feels gritty or textured... So much so that it can even make a noise when I touch it... But it is really not tender? Is this just the inflammation?

My pain feels like a sharp pain in my breast area. It can also feel like cramping. Sometimes it is heavy pain and sometimes it is mild. I dont have swellings that I know of.

Mines started off sharp and stabbing and a really deep pain as if it was my heart and now as time has went on it is turned to a dull constant ache which often comes in "flares" where it gets extra sore for weeks at a time and stress definitely makes it worse

I'm not sure if I have swelling but when I am sitting on my couch with a cushion it hurts, achy. I use a memory foam pillow behind me to help ease the pain. When I carry a grocery bracket, my chest starts to pull and I'm done for lifting for a couple of days.    It's extremely annoying to not be able to carry a grocery basket or too much weight.    I use a pillow when I go to sleep on my side so I don't compress my chest otherwise it feels like chest pressure, hard to breathe.  Stress definitely makes my chest hurt more!  I was taking muscle relaxer "Amrix" but just figured out it is cause constant stomached burn.  Not sure what I'm going to do next.
