Time Scale for After Effects of Lunch Out

Posted , 2 users are following.

Ok, I'm not taking this drug half heartedly but I really want to enjoy one decent meal out a month. My best friend and I haven't seen one another in almost a year so we're having lunch at our local gastropub Saturday lunchtime.

This will definitely put me over the recommended fat allowance but I want to enjoy my lunch with her and the fabulous food they serve. Obviously I don't want the orange stain of shame to spoil our day!

Should I expect the side effects within a couple of hours, later on in the day or the next day?

Listen, don't panic like I did reading all these reviews it really isn't as bad as people make out. People who talk about incontinance and stuff must really have a bad diet!!

I eat well most of the time but I don't deny myself the things I like at dinner. I don't do the fat count but I've never had a high fat diet anyway. One of my three meals is way over 15g fat for sure.

I've not had one accident as yet (3 weeks in) all I've noticed is a change in my stools. Orange oil in the toilet like a lava lamp (very pretty) lol

I need to go in afternoon as well as morning but no side effects in between.

Really don't worry unless you have a really crap diet ??

That's good to know and I appreciate it willl affect people differently. I guess it's a bit trial and error to start with. I usually take tablets to help me go to the loo so leaving those off for few days!

      Thank you!
