Tingling in ear sinus headache for about a week but me on antibiotics better then comes back

    Mine were caused by dairy products. I get away with skimmed milk in tea and I do eat cheese ( vegetarian, have to eat something ) but anything extra  will start the sinusitis. 

    You could try cutting out all dairy ( you'll have to read food labels too) and see if that helps.

    i did use a nasal wash which helped but I hated using it. You fill a sterile plastic bottle, or netti pot, with cooled boiled water and salt. Stand over a basin, tip your team to one side and pour water slowly into one nostril. It will flow out if your other nostril. There's a lot of info online and I'd read as much as possible before you try it.

    Just another thought--- other allergies such as dust, dust mites,cigarette smoke, pet fur might also be triggers.

      Thanks will try this had allergy test done but all negative
