Today I had a laser procedure to take away the cells that regrew after carapace removal.

I recently had my cataracts removed a new lenses put in. New dark cells regrew over my eyes and I had laser surgery today to get rid of them in my left eye and next Wednesday I have it done in my right eye. Then we will try and figure out what is wrong that they can't fit me with glasses. I have been retested twice and had 2 different pairs of glasses made and I cannot see with either pair. My eyes feel really strained and it's been this way since March.

so sorry I need to have something done to left eye over two months ago had eye done and new lens. but in far corner I fell like a pack of floaters are there and like a cover over the eye itself.

Really there are growing problems with lasik and not one is doing much about it.

Hi Leann, you poor thing having to go through all that, its not relating to anything like what I have but the whole thing about this site is that someone else may have similar symptoms and will hopefully be able to help, of course the GP or eye consultants are the ones who know best, or at least should know best, this you must liaise with them about.  Please let me know, and others on this site how things go especially if there is any improvement, I think it was very unfair of the optician to go ahead and prescribe glasses not only once but twice that were not going to be of any use to you, surely under the circumstances, next time he/she wont charge you, you make sure of that

    take care, regards Agnes

I had a similar problem see double after two different lenses and laser .

seen several specialists and most are not sure why my vision is worse than before surgery.

Do you have astigmatism? I wear two differ pair of glasses now can't see a 4" print 5' away. Very frustrating.

i hope that they can sort out what is causing your eye issues soon.

    many blessings thru this journey.
