tomato sauce

I want to try making my own tomato sauce as I love Bolognese but the ready made stuff seems to trigger a flare up. I'm thinking this is due to seeds. Also I appear to have problems with onions any advice would be appreciated.

    Why not use a tablespoon of tomatoe puree and either veg or beef stock with an oxo cube stock, or gluten free stock granules
