Venlafaxine 75 mg side effects

hi peops

i am on my 2nd day of venlafaxine for social anxiety, noticed it working straight away- have awful diarreah,nausea,,I have been taking it after breakfast but then heading for the loo!! Do you have to take it same time? If I take it around teatime will this make me sleepy the following morning? Some experiences would be appreciated

    its never made me sleepy is more likely to make you unable to sleep, have always taken mine in the morning

    You need to take it for seven weeks for it to start working for you. Take it after you have eaten. It is more stimulating at first but later on relaxes you.

    I agree I find it best to take venlafaxine in the morning as to me it's an 'energising' a/d that helps you to get going of a morning. I don't think I'd sleep at all if I took it at night.

    The diarreah/nausea were just start-up side effects for me that passed. I usually take it after I've had my breakfast.
