Hey, just wanted to see if everyone knew about this one. I live in NJ. Accuweather I think channel 7. Go to the website and found you can look at a personalized weather forecast. Look for it, click on arthritis. Gives you the weather and it tells you what people with arthritis should expect day by day. Granted if you have AS as well as other things, it pretty much sucks all the time. But I gotta admit. When it says it's a beneficial day I'm not horrible and when it says- At risk or the like, the day is definetly worse. Maybe you know about it, maybe not, maybe it will be helpfull, maybe not. I just wanted to pass it along, hoping any little bit will help.

    Chuckle, chuckle...

    When the jet stream brings up warm air, the barometric pressure increases and we all feel better.

    When the jet stream falls down bringing cold air, the barometric pressure drops and we all suffer.

    You can purchase a barometer and hang it on your wall.

    Many you be blessed with up barometic pressure
