Weird skin issue

Hello all, maybe this has been answered or maybe it but I'm dealing with in my opinion a very weird skin irritation. It's on my shoulders and upper back. I'm getting red pimple like bumps that have the tenderness of a pimple. Some are turning into pretty bad open sores over time. Bleeding and a fluid similar to that of a pimple comes out. My first reaction was in face acne so I took the steps of a medicated soap and other things with no improvement. Research says maybe shingles? But I have no nerve pain, just the tenderness of a new bump and normal pain of an open sore. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you!

    Justin,

I would see a dermatologist immediately, as he is the specialist with the expertise to make the diagnosis. Usually, with Shingles, one experiences the nerve pain of burning, lancinating, or itching quality. The rash is almost always confined to one side, but always in a dermatome pattern. You usually experience flu-like symptoms prior to the rash, except for the respiratory symptoms.

    I hope this helps you.

    Best wishes.

    Merry Juliana
