What is a high bilirubin level?

Mine is 21.3 umol/l and my doctor said not to worry about it. But I am always tired.

    21.3 is really quite low..

    Mine is now about 27 but was way over 100..

    Perhaps the tiredness is not due to the bilirubin but other factors such as vitamin B12 or D.

    I might suggest a full blood work up and a check on some vitamin levels.

    I dont quite fully undertand the conversion they use for the US where I am but my doctor told me as long as I was under 5 I was to not worry. That said, if anyone can explain the conversion I'd appreciate it smile Clearly the measurement you guys are using is different than what I am using.

      Turns out that your 21.3 is low because thats just 1.24 in my area. Mine was 2 something last time I checked which is 34.2 in your area. If you would hit 5 (and go by my doctors rule of worrying at that point) it would allow you to hit 85.5

    mine is 43 umol/L.. I think urs i within normal limit reading the acceptable range on my blood report.
