What is wrong with me? Bleeding gums, itchy skin, sleeping alot and some abdomen discomfort

Im not sure whats wrong with me lately

I've had itchy skin for 3 months and doctors make nothing of it, past month ive been sleeping alot and feeling tired constantly 

2 weeks ago i noticed 2 teeth would bleed, now its 4 teeth and they no longer bleed when i brush and instead just bleed randomly 

I've had blood tests, everything was ok except one liver enzyme was raised 5-35 being the normal and i was at 50 or something

Doctors just keep telling me its the heating in my house, make me take anti-histamines, creams for my skin and not much is changing..
