Why does my heat Urticaria go away once I start sweating?

I have cholinergic urticaria which I get whenever I get hot. It is definitely increased whenever I am stressed. The magical wonder that I keep thinking of is that once I start sweating it goes away!. I just have to bare the extreme itching and fight through it for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the intensity of the activity then it would all go away!

Could it be related to the fact that the sweat glands in my body are clogged or something? I really wonder. I've been having this for 8 years now!

I'll be so thankful for any tips or help!

Is it just the fact that my body uses all its histamine reserves? :O

I also had the same unexplained experience.

Whenever I went to the gym or to my Karate class, by the time I returned home I would be free of the rash and this often lasted for a day or two - Never did understand why ???
