Withdrawal weird head ??

I tapered off Prozac about two weeks ago. I was in 10 mg once a day for about 4 mths.

I seemed to be ok at first. But the last week I've been having like zaps or rushes in my head. My ears are ringing and I'm having really vivid dreams. Is this Prozac withdrawal or something not related ? Has anyone else had these symptoms coming off it or like me when they had already finished it. Please help. It's making me feel worried and scared. Thanks.

    I'm still struggling. I wondered if I tapered off too quick. I have this rushing feeling when I stand up and walk. I can't explain it really. My ears are buzzing and ringing constantly. Surely this isn't the Prozac withdrawal still. It's been two weeks since I stopped.

    I know his was about a year ago but I was wondering what if anything happened to your buzzing/ringing?? Your story was exact to mine. Withdrawal off Prozac after a short time on 10mg and now I’ve had buzzing and ringing for 2 weeks now. Help please!!!!
