Yoghurt and LS does it work?

Can you use yoghurt to cure the LS in the vagina?

    From what I've learned LS does not affect the vagina, it affects the vulva mainly and can spread back to anus area. Must be treated by medical professionals.

    I have avoided drinking milk, eating cheese.  But I've eaten a good quality plain yoghurt, which didn't seem to do any harm.  I avoid added sugar, alcohol and caffeine.

    ?I know that in the past using yoghurt in the vagina was helpful.  We are talking vagina, aren't we, not vulva?

    Ive not heard of yogurt working for LS, but rather for use with yeast infection.
