An exciting new study reveals that this may be the case. The research showed how supplementation with a natural enzyme - found in common foods such as broccoli and cucumbers - may slow, or even reverse, processes involved in ageing.
The use of this enzyme called nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) has slowed age-related disease in mice by improving energy use, blood fat levels, reducing weight gain and improving blood sugar levels.
