I don't know about you, but it seems to me the experts disagree about what we should eat in order to be healthy, and what is the best diet for losing weight.
The press is full of confusing information. One day butter is good for us; the next day it's bad. The National Obesity Forum published guidelines saying fat is good for us, which set off a series of resignations from its members, and cries of disagreement from other experts.
The latest American dietary guidelines sparked a public outcry that they did not reflect the actual evidence. If the experts disagree, what hope for the rest of us?!
