A full smoothie breakfast - A smoothie January

If you are wanting a healthy alternative to your full-english breakfast, then try this sweet and delicious smoothie out.


  • 150g of blueberries (preferably frozen)
  • 2 tbsp. of jam (strawberry or raspberry)
  • 100g of strawberries
  • 100g of oats
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml of almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • ½ tsp. of cinnamon
  • 4 cubes of ice
  • Tbsp. of almond butter (optional)
Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
