Banana peach smoothie - A smoothie January

If you are wanting a fruity smoothie, then enjoy this low-fat and vitamin filled recipe. You can add even more fruits if you feel in a fruity mood.


  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 peach
  • 3 tbsp. of low-fat yogurt
  • Handful of spinach
  • 5 leaves of kale
  • 250 ml of orange juice
  • 100 mg of raspberries

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
