Cranberry waldorf

You can make this salad all year long, but it is especially great for Christmas. Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves, if desired. For frosted cranberries, wet cranberries with water, and roll in sugar.


  • 120g dried cranberries
  • 120g celery
  • 125g apple
  • 160g grapes
  • 50g raisins
  • 30g walnuts
  • 25g sugar
  • 3g cinnamon
  • 230ml low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, combine cranberries, apple, celery, grapes, raisins, walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, yoghurt and vanilla.

Toss to coat. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Stir just before serving.
