De-bloat green smoothie - A smoothie January

Get rid of your bloated stomach with this refreshing mix. Great in the morning to wake you up.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ a lemon (peeled)
  • 200ml of filtered water
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handfuls of lettuce
  • 6 cubes of ice

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
