Christmas. The very word conjures up visions of presents under the tree, carol singers singing their little hearts out in the snow and food. Oh, the food!
The shops are piling their shelves high with mince pies and brandy butter, stuffing and bacon rolls, all sent, it seems, to test our willpower.
Not only is the day itself one of sumptuous meals and general feasting, but it seems that the whole of December is taken up with parties and dining out - none of which is very helpful for those of us trying to keep an eye on our waistlines.

With this in mind, our Nutrition team has compiled the healthiest seasonal recipes, and have great tips to help you stay healthy over the Christmas holidays!
