How to make hummus


200g chickpeas

2 garlic cloves

100 ml tahini

2 ½ tbsp. olive oil

3 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. paprika


- Drain and rinse the chickpeas

- Combine all the ingredients into a food processor

- Blend into a creamy texture

- Add more seasoning if needed. Stir and then serve
