How to make meatballs


500g of minced pork/beef/chicken/turkey/lamb

60g of fine breadcrumbs

1 small onion, chopped and diced into fine pieces

1 large egg

125ml of milk

Salt and pepper


- Mix the breadcrumbs and milk together, then put aside

- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F)

- Prepare a sheet of foil on the oven tray

- Whisk the egg, onions, salt and pepper together

- Then add the minced meat to the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Wash your hands and mix with your fingers

- Then add the breadcrumb mixture to the rest of the ingredients. Then with your hands form small ball like shapes. Place these small balls on to the foil.

- Place in the oven and cook for 10-20 minutes, the time will depend on the meat used. Make sure to cut a few meat balls open to check if it is cooked through. Also, make sure the meatballs are brown or golden on the outside

- The meatballs are ready to serve
