How to make pizza dough

200g flour – high in gluten, preferably Italian ˈ00ˈ flour

1 tsp. salt

2 1/2 g active dry yeast

1 tsp. olive oil

250ml lukewarm water

- Combine the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl

- Then in another bowl, mix the lukewarm water, olive oil and yeast together. Leave this to sit for a few minutes

- You can then pour the yeast mixture into the large bowl with the flour mixture

- Use your hands and start kneading the dough together, do this for 4 minutes

- Once you have done that, place a towel or cloth over the bowl and let it sit in a warm room. Leave the dough to proof for 1-2 hours.

- When you come back it should be double the size

- The dough has now been made, and you can start rolling the dough out and placing the sauces and toppings you would like on your pizza. Then cook for 10-25 minutes
