The detox smoothie - A smoothie January

It's been a long week and you just wanted to wash everything away. Detoxify your body and start afresh with this smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

  • ½ a lemon (peeled)
  • 1 celery
  • Handful of spinach or kale
  • 250ml of orange juice
  • 1 whole apricot (chopped up)
  • 1 tsp. of ginger
  • 7 cubes of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
