The hangover smoothie - A smoothie January

You had a great night, but the rough morning hits you hard. The healthy alternative to bacon, is this smoothie recipe.

Ingredients,

  • 250ml of pomegranate juice
  • 1 banana
  • 100g almond nuts
  • 1 tbsp. of chai seeds
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • 8 cubes of ice

Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
