The lean mean smoothie - A smoothie January

If you want to tone-up this is the perfect smoothie to help along side your workout. Pump at the gym and pulp at the blender.

Ingredients

  • 150g of mango chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • 5 kale leaves
  • 250ml of fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. of flax seed
  • 7 cubes of ice
Serves 1-2

Blend and mix all the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
