When you are pregnant your diet becomes very restricted, and sometimes eating healthy can seem like a large task. But with this little recipe you'll be able to enjoy something sweet and creamy, and not feel guilty.
- 200ml of coconut water (or water if preferred)
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- Handful of spinach
- 2 tbsp. of low-fat yogurt (non-dairy preferably)
Wash all the fruit first. Then blend and mix the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
