The pregnancy smoothie - A smoothie January

When you are pregnant your diet becomes very restricted, and sometimes eating healthy can seem like a large task. But with this little recipe you'll be able to enjoy something sweet and creamy, and not feel guilty.


  • 200ml of coconut water (or water if preferred)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp. of low-fat yogurt (non-dairy preferably)

Serves 1-2

Wash all the fruit first. Then blend and mix the ingredients together, and enjoy the refreshing taste of your smoothie.
